Armed with decades of butchery experience and a hand full of recipes perfected in the back yard, Ron Meyer set out to open a local BBQ joint that reminded him of the no frills hole in the wall places he loved so much while traveling. Ron couldn't do it alone so he recruited his son-in-law and BBQ fanatic Josh Diaz as his business partner.
